Some Expectations from my ideal job position...
0) Open Source :
I am a great admirer of the open source movement, and as such prefer working/using open source languages, packages and technologies.
1) Freedom To Learn :
As a developer/security analyst, the need to stay updated and informed about new trends, vulnerabilities and technologies is of vital importance.
2) Freedom Of Expression :
As a developer/security analyst and unique human being I expect not to be judged by the way I speak, dress, walk...etc.
The ability for anybody to express himself/herself freely affects greatly the quality of work he/she will produce.
Making somebody uncomfortable at the place they work does not help anybody !
3) Guidance :
As a young coder I feel the need to be encouraged to go beyond my limits.
Being encouraged makes me feel that nothing is impossible...
Encouragement leads directly to inspiration...
If you feel you have something to teach me, then I would love working for you !
I want to ask the questions not answer them...
I WANT TO LEARN ! AND I WANT YOU TO GUIDE ME !
4) Correct Legal Employment Procedures :
The correct legal employment procedures are followed, whereas a legal agreement(contract), stating the type and duration of work as well as salary/rate/payment details, is drawn-up and signed by myself and the employer on the date the work is to be commenced.
5) Security Oriented :
The job has to be in some way related to Information/Computer Security.
